The concept still kind of seems strange to me since I am used to boiling all types of noodles. My little guy likes to help by doing the noodles and the cheese. I cool them with cold water and he can lay them on. He used to make roads with the noodles on the counter by lining them up one after the other!<br /><br />On a separate note, we must be on the same wave length or something because I have lasagna ready to post in a few days and we've had a few other recipes that have nothing to do with daring bakers on our food blogs kind of close to each other.
